This season i had the pleasure of working with the amazing David Koma again styling his A/W10 show for London Fashion Week. This collection was very different to his S/S10 with a return to his dark side. Inspired by Italian Futurist artists Fortunato Depero and Umberto Boccioni Davids A/W10 collection is chic and mature. With a colour palette of Black, Grays and Nude, David maintains his reputation as an expert of the female form with his body-con aesthetic.
Mixing the idea of hard and soft, luxurious leathers are paired with wool connected by triangles and zig zag seams. David returns to embellishments of metal, this time in the form of multi layered zips, silver, gold and rainbow, edging shouldes, hips and hem lines.
What an inspiration . Thanks to everyone for making this show possible and here goes a great season : )
This season i had the honour to be involved in a really special project. The amazing Diane Pernet and Italian Vogue commissioned the young talented director Elisha Smith - Levorock (newly signed to the ambitious and fast growing STAMP) to create a short fashion film on the subject of light. Elisha, Fred Butler and I joined forces for the 3rd season and created' SUNSHOWERS' featuring Fred Butlers new A/W10 collection (with special pieces made by Rosie Nicholas, for Fred Butler).
'SUNSHOWERS' has just been named No1 Fashion Film of the season by The Business Of Fashion and will officialy premiere at ASVOFF on May 25 in Milan. Massive thanks to everyone involved.

After many hours on SKYPE to my good friend and wicked photographer Thomas Lohr - Thomas revealed he had been taking sneaky pics of me and so with this idea in mind we decided it would be a good way to show PIERS ATKINSON'S S/S10 collection and interview him for Dazed Digital - the story has just gone up, here are some of the images - go to DAZED DIGITAL to see the full story and interview
