Last night Westfield teamed up with British Vogue for their 5th birthday celebration. The event took place at a  pop up club at Westfield, created just for this special event with a performance by Grace Jones. What a legend. The event was beyond amazing! Thank you Westfield, Vogue and of course Grace!!

S MAGAZINE!

S Mag will finally be out this week! I cant wait for the copies to arrive.

WALTER HUGO. PAUL SMITH. WE ARE AN ISLAND.

Tuesday night the exceptional Walter Hugo opened the London stop of his traveling exhibition supported by Paul Smith at his store, No 9 Albemarle Street. The exhibition hosts two of Walters series "The Nature of Independence" and "Reflecting the Bright Lights". "Reflecting the Bright Lights" is a series of unique glass portraits of individuals from the art and fashion world. Walter Hugo uses a self-built camera with a 19th century lens that reflects the images directly onto glass sheets without producing negatives, which makes all of his pictures one-offs and can therefore never be reproduced. 

"The Nature of Independence" is a series of seascapes Walter captured while traveling the British shores. Each picture is developed with distilled seawater from the photographed spot. They are the largest sea salt prints ever made. 

Here are some pictures from the evening, they don't do Walters work enough justice so I hope you get the chance to experience it for yourself - it is on until the 10th of November.

 Patternity is the worlds leading online pattern image archive, it was found in 2009 by Anna Murray and Grace Winteringham. It is one of the most inspiring and visually exciting websites out there. 

Patternity have now teamed up with Pretty Polly to create a collection named "STREETSHAPES", inspired by the patterns that surround us every day but often go unnoticed and encouraging us to be more aware of the world around us. What an exciting project!

Here is a sneaky peek of one of the 5 front covers for the new issue of S Magazine, out end of October. This has been a really exciting project Rankin and myself have been working on all summer. 

S-Magazine is a biannual publication by Leica. Issue 4, titled the Youth issue, has some really great people involved! Rankin an I have used this opportunity to promote young and exciting creatives in the industry. I can't wait to share them with you. The countdown has begun, so stay tuned!

PIERS ATKINSON SS14.

Piers Atkinson has wanted to shoot his good friend Yehrin Tong, for many seasons. His SS 14 collection was the perfect season to do so. Yehrin did not only act as the model in the lookbook, shot by Lorenzo Dalbosco, but also as Piers muse for the entire collection. The animation video you can view above by Elva Rodriguez, is the perfect addition to this fun and cheeky collection inspired by the fantastic world of asian pop culture.

With Lorenzos cheeky and fun attitude he was the perfect photographer to shoot this collection.
