Noel Stewart, with one of his creations
The absolutely fabulous Headonism, the millinery arm of London Fashion Week kicked off in style at its opening in the exhibition space in Somerset House. The featured designers include Charlie Le Mindu, J Smith Esquire, William Chambers and the wonderful Noel Stewart and Piers Atkinson. The opening was an opportunity to see the pieces modelled and mingle with the designers, who were out in force. From feline masks to a subtly subversive set of gold claws coming out of one piece, the wonderful coiffed madness of Charlie Le Mindu's lilac rinse wigs and the brilliant Piers Atkinson pompoms that Kim was wearing, it was a perfect way to start the season with a roomful of literal crowning glories.
